Bourbon Meatballs
2 cups barbecue sauce * 1 1/2 cups bourbon * 1 cup honey * 1 cup prepared mustard * 1/8 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce * 1 (32-ounce) package frozen cooked Italian-style meatballs, thawed
Cook first 5 ingredients in a Dutch oven over medium heat 5
minutes. Add meatballs; bring to a boil. Reduce heat, and simmer 25
minutes.
Yield: 10 to 12 appetizer servings
Prep: 5 minutes
Cook: 30 minutes

Corn and Nut Crumbles
1-8 1/2-ounce package corn muffin mix * 1 cup coarsely chopped salted peanuts * 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese * 1 teaspoon garlic powder * 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
Prepare muffin mix according to package directions; spread batter evenly in well-greased 15x10x1-inch baking pan. Sprinkle with nuts, cheese, and garlic powder; drizzle butter over top. Bake in 375º oven for 20 to 25 minutes. Immediately cut into 48 pieces; cool slightly. remove from pan. Makes 48.

Lipton's Onion Soup Dip
This is a very fast to prepare, extremely easy to prepare, very well liked dip. I have used this recipe for years and I'm still getting requests for the recipe.
1 envelope of Lipton's Onion Soup Mix
1 pint of sour cream
Place both ingredients in a bowl and stir until well mixed. Chill for at least one hour before serving. Can be prepared the night before. Serve with favorite chips.

Tiny Chicken Quiches
2 sticks piecrust mix * 1/2 of 4 3/4 ounce can (about 1/4 cup) chicken spread * 3 wedges gruyère cheese, shredded (3 ounces) * 2 eggs * 1/4 cup light cream
Prepare piecrust sticks according to package directions. Roll dough thin. With 2 1/2 inch round cutter, cut 24 circles. Fit one pastry round in each of twenty-four 1 1/2 inch muffin cups. Add 1/2 teaspoon chicken and a small amount of shredded cheese to each. Beat eggs; stir in cream and dash of pepper. Fill each cup with about 1 1/2 teaspoons of egg mixture. Bake in 400º oven 18 to 20 minutes. Cool 1 minute; remove from pans. Makes 2 dozen.
